The practice of coaching is becoming increasingly popular in the business environment. Like all technical management and training used in the Administration, the results and their validity is difficult to measure. This article presents the results of a study carried out in order to investigate the influence of Coaching tools of leadership in the organizational context and additionally identify whether this technique influences the transformation of 'heads' (stereotypical model) leaders. This is a qualitative study using semi-structured questionnaire, sent to the managers of Human Resources via email. The sample was composed of 25 companies, chosen from among the 150 best companies to work elected by the Annual Guide Magazine 2013 Examination You S / A. The results indicate that the use of the practice of coaching can influence the processing heads of leaders and organizational performance.
