The work aims to present the methods used for the development of a marketing plan for the company UTI Beverage Tele- Delivery 24h. The theoretical basis include retail concepts, distribution channels, SWOT analysis and marketing plan. Therefore , methodological approaches converged on two methods , as follows: quantitative survey of the company's customers to quantify the target audience and their satisfaction and the qualitative research with the company manager, and aims to analyze the image the company want to pass on to their customers , but also its objectives and strategies. The results suggest that the development of a marketing plan for the company, it is of fundamental importance to the development and consolidation of the business.
